San Diego Soft Play holds the Advanced Inflatable Safety Operations certification from SIOTO, the Safe Inflatable Operators Training Organization. The people who build your setup are trained and assessed on safe operation, and every party runs to the same protocols from delivery through breakdown.

Before You Book
Can you provide a certificate of insurance?
Yes — we can issue a certificate of insurance naming your venue, HOA or organization. Give us a couple of days' notice and the name to put on it.
How far in advance do you need for a corporate booking?
Two weeks gets you the best availability, especially for a larger footprint or a weekend date. We can sometimes move faster for a smaller activation — ask us.
Can the setup work indoors or on a hard surface like a trade show floor?
Yes. Padded matting goes down over any hard, flat surface — concrete, turf, an exhibition floor — so indoor venues and paved areas both work.
Is this separate from your birthday party booking?
Yes — corporate and brand inquiries go through this form, not the party booking flow, so we can ask the right questions up front: company name, event type, expected attendance and any brand or insurance requirements.
